BUG-GY |
The BUG-GY Fillet Welder is a trackless, self-guiding welding carriage designed for making continuous or intermittent welds on fillet, lap, or butt joints. It is a lightweight, portable carriage that uses a powerful electro magnet and guide wheels to clamp and track on the work piece. |

BUG-GY-VERT |
The BUG-GY-VERT is a portable, battery powered, 4-wheel drive welding carriage with torch oscillation. It is compact, lightweight and easy to position and it will accommodate most handheld welding guns. Strong permanent magnets hold the machine on the workpiece allowing it to travel on vertical or oblique surfaces. Guide wheels on the BUG-GY-VERT automatically track the torch in the fillet joint. By providing constant travel speed the BUG-GY-VERT can increase the productivity and the quality of welding applications in many areas of steel fabrication or shipbuilding. |

Thanks it´s simple and light design, it provides fast and easy use either in factory or site conditions. It is very easy to make fit-up to the spools with these equipments. The clamp comes closer by turning the arm and it holds the pipe. You can make your set up easiliy by using the 3 fine adjusting bolts. |
